Meet the crew
Royale started with a retired step van, a flat-top grill, and a plan to make one burger really well. Nico Vance spent ten years cooking in other people's kitchens before painting the truck black and hanging a neon sign in the window.
The menu is short on purpose. Everything is smashed to order, and every shake is hand-spun. When the neon is on, we're open.
